FQ15: Coverstory.

FutureQuake15 boasts a cover from the rather splendid Gibson Quarter, to go along with the Extinction Hunter strip that he pitched to us.

Once GQ kow he was on the cover, he sent me a few roughs to choose from. Actually he sent these round some arty types he knows and once he had their feedback- he mailed me to see if I thought like they did. The images he sent me were:




And we all chose the third version, which GQ turned into:



And then Keiren Smith added her colours and we got:



Which is due to go to the printers on Monday, ready for Hi-Ex 03 at the end of March.

This Just In: MIRAGE

Mirage is written by Chris Hayden, with art by John Cahill. The strip is six pages long and will feature in Something wicked 06.

This Just In: Mr ROBINSON

Mr Robinson is written by Mike Lynch, with art by Newcomer Paul McCallan. The strip is five pages long and will feature in FutureQuake 16.

This Just In: THE LAST LAUGH

The Last Laugh is written by Karl Stock, with art by FQP regular Chris Fenolgio. The strip is four pages long and will feature in FutureQuake 16. Over on his blog Chris has posted lots about how he worked on this strip, and I'll be working this up into a post here as time gets closer for publication.

Futurequake 15: Cover

Arriving VERY soon, FutureQuake 15 features a fantastic cover courtesy of
Gibson Quarter. This is not the first cover GQ has provided us for, as he drew the cover to Something Wicked 04 but this is the first time that GQ has graced the cover of FQ, despite being with us since issue 04, all those years ago.
